Mondego River descent |

Mondego river is calm (level I) letting you relax with all the family, and allowing children to enjoy the pleasure to descend this beautiful river.
Daily, the Coiço dam releases enough water which will help you not to paddle too much…
The descent begins downstream of Penacova, famous for its extraordinary landscapes, the wind mills, and the historical relic of Monastery of Lorvão.

Quad + Mud = FUN !
This Saturday the weather was fair and the paths were excellent for quad fun .
Victor, Frederic and Ana were picked up at the hotel and went on a fun tour near Penacova.
Through rural and mountain pathways, the tour was fantastic, with plenty of mud and lots of small creeks to cross.
The Hot Chocolat at the Windmill's Cafe tasted great...
